Full List – CASWELL COMMUNITY IMPACT PROJECTS AWARDED

Local Agencies Partner to Sponsor Citizen-Led Projects

Middle Border Forward logoWhen the Caswell Chapter of The Health Collaborative received funding in 2019 through the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation’s Community-Centered Health Initiative, it included $10,000 to sponsor ten community impact projects across the county.

Recognizing that they had a community partner with invaluable experience in that area, the Caswell Chapter reached out to Middle Border Forward for help with implementation.

Middle Border Forward, whose work focuses on grassroots leadership development and community engagement became the lead partner for the Caswell Community Impact Projects and will work alongside the recipients to bring each impact project to life. For the full list of Caswell projects awarded, please check out THIS PRESS RELEASE from Middle Border Forward.

Unfortunately, not every project submitted could be funded but the Caswell Chapter of The Health Collaborative will be reaching out to to everyone who submitted an application to explore whether their ideas might align with other community efforts.
