Join us for a morning dedicated to RECONNECTING and RECHARGING as we continue working together to improve the health and well-being of our community.
We will certainly miss breaking bread with our community partners during this annual gathering of the Caswell Chapter of The Heath Collaborative but we hope an interactive agenda, great conversation, and a few very special gifts will give us all a sense of connection.
