Medication Assistance

Do you need help paying for your medication? You may be eligible for the Medication Assistance Program (MAP) in Caswell County at Caswell Family Medical Center in Yanceyville, NC.

A trained, certified medication assistance coordinator will help walk you through the process and review your current situation to verify your eligibility. Once verified, your coordinator will guide you through enrollment and answer any questions or address concerns you may have.

How am I eligible for medication assistance?

As a member of the Caswell community who is uninsured or under-insured, and who meets financial qualifications (low income), you are well on your way to being eligible. It all starts with contacting your MAP coordinator at 336-694-9331, ext. 236.

Is the MAP free of charge?

Absolutely! Inability to pay for needed prescriptions is tough to go through already, let alone having to pay for a service just to get them. The costs of medications often make it difficult to keep up with the daily dose you need as prescribed by your provider. The MAP takes some of that burden off of you and helps you focus on getting well.

Know that you do not have to go without your medications. Start the prescription safety net process today with your MAP counselor.
